OUR WHY

I started The Routine Method after years of living with chronic fatigue syndrome. I wanted to take care of my health but the routines and habits I tried were too much. 

I realised the problem wasn’t all me, it was the long and complex routines. They needed to be flexible and realistic, not all or nothing.

My aim is to help people build routines that work for them, not against. Health should be easy and adaptable. Whether you have an hour or ten minutes, it all counts.
