How to use the routine

Some mornings don’t feel like a fresh start. They feel heavy.

-

You wake up already tired. Your body feels slow. Your mind feels foggy. And before the day

even begins, you already feel behind. If that’s you, I want you to know something first:
There is nothing wrong with you.

-

You’re not lazy. You don’t lack discipline. And you don’t need a stricter routine.

You probably just need a simpler way to start the day.

-

Does something like this sound familiar? “I’ll get up at 5am tomorrow and turn my whole life around!”

I know I’ve tried and failed at least 20 times. No joke.

-

This routine is something realistic you can follow even when you feel flat, unmotivated, or exhausted.

Why mornings are so hard when your energy is low

Most morning routines are designed for people who already feel good.

They assume:

  • You wake up with energy
  • You’re motivated to be productive
  • You can jump straight into action

But when your energy is low, those routines often make things harder.

Who doesn’t want to just go straight back to sleep when we wake up? Just five more minutes right?

Instead of routines helping, they:

  • Feel overwhelming
  • Create stress first thing in the morning
  • Make you feel guilty when you can’t stick to them

Low energy isn’t a mindset problem. It’s often a nervous system and energy regulation problem.

Pushing through it usually leads to burnout.

What actually helps on low-energy mornings

When your energy is limited, the goal isn’t to “win the morning.”

The goal is to:

  • Just get out of bed
  • Have an easy repeatable routine
  • Reduce stress

What helps most isn’t motivation, it’s simplicity.

Things like:

  • Doing the same few steps every morning
  • Removing decisions
  • A simple foundation

Is exactly what this routine helps. I've learnt that small actions done consistently matter more than perfect routines done once.

Why I created this free morning routine

I created this routine because I needed it myself.

I was tired of:

  • Waking up exhausted and lost
  • Trying to follow overcomplicated routines
  • Feeling like I was failing before my day even started

I didn’t need another 'optimised' morning.

I needed something I could do on my worst days, not just my best ones.

-

So this routine was built with one question in mind: "What can I do every morning without fail?"

Not productive. Not motivated. Just repeatable.

What this free morning routine is (and isn’t)

This routine is:

  • Simple and flexible
  • Designed for low-energy days
  • A foundation

This routine is not:

  • A 5am wake-up plan
  • A productivity challenge
  • A rigid checklist you must follow perfectly

You don’t need willpower. You don’t need to change who you are. You just need a place to start.

What’s included in the free morning routine

Inside the free routine, you’ll find:

  • A clear, step-by-step morning routine
  • Simple explanations for why each step helps
  • A printable checklist

Nothing complicated. Nothing overwhelming.

Who this routine is for

This routine is for you if:

  • You wake up tired even after sleeping
  • Mornings feel unstructured
  • You struggle to build habits

You don’t need to feel “ready” to use it. It’s designed for the days you don’t.

How to use this routine (realistically)

  • Aim to do three steps

That’s right, nothing more to it! Nice and easy like I said.

Some mornings you’ll do every step. Some mornings you’ll do one. Both count.

Consistency doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from making things easy to repeat.
