When your energy is limited, you learn quickly that you don’t need extreme routines or perfect habits, you need small, supportive structure that helps you feel more balanced, even on the harder days.

That is what The Routine Method is about. It’s not about doing everything right or overwhelm you. It’s about building simple routines that support your energy, nervous system, and emotional/hormonal balance.
