The Routine Method started from a place of wanting to improve my health in a simple, realistic way. Over time, I realised that most health advice online is either too complicated or not built for everyday life. I wanted something easy, sustainable and flexible.
I’ve been navigating ongoing health challenges, including chronic fatigue syndrome, and it completely changed the way I view health. When your energy is limited, you learn quickly that you don’t need extreme routines or perfect habits, you need small, supportive structure that helps you feel more balanced, even on the harder days.
That is what The Routine Method is about. It’s not about doing everything right or overwhelm you. It’s about building simple routines that support your energy, nervous system, and emotional/hormonal balance.
